Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Bloom 2 Table. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you. Please read the details below and email us to start any return or exchange.

How to start a return

Email Hello@bloom2table.com with:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you’d like to return/exchange

  • Reason (wrong size, defective, etc.)

  • Clear photos if an item arrived damaged/defective

We’ll reply with next steps and the return address. Do not ship anything back until you receive approval (RMA).

Eligibility & time windows

  • Apparel & merchandise (hoodies, joggers, hats, accessories, etc.)

    • Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

    • Must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging.

  • Consumables & personal care (teas, herbs, soaps, scrubs, candles, honey, etc.)

    • Not returnable if opened/used.

    • If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep all packaging for inspection.

  • Custom/limited items, gift cards, final-sale items

    • Non-returnable except for defects or shipping damage reported within 7 days.

Defective or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and outer packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For verified defects/damage, we typically cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Exchanges (size/color)

For apparel, we can exchange for a different size/color if stock is available. Send an email to request an exchange; once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship the replacement. If the requested variant is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund per the policy below.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for approved returns after the item is received and inspected.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive your package; your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item).

Return shipping

  • For change-of-mind/fit returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • For approved defective/incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Packaging your return

  • Use the original packaging when possible.

  • Include all accessories, tags, and any free gifts that came with the item.

  • Items must be clean and free of odors, hair, stains, or wear.

Important notes

  • Please verify your shipping address at checkout; orders returned to us due to address issues may incur reship fees.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the conditions above or show signs of wear/use.

  • For gifts, we can issue a store credit to the recipient upon verification.
