Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you buy from Bloom 2 Table. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you. Please read the details below and email us to start any return or exchange.
How to start a return
Email Hello@bloom2table.com with:
Order number
Item(s) you’d like to return/exchange
Reason (wrong size, defective, etc.)
Clear photos if an item arrived damaged/defective
We’ll reply with next steps and the return address. Do not ship anything back until you receive approval (RMA).
Eligibility & time windows
Apparel & merchandise (hoodies, joggers, hats, accessories, etc.)
Return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags/packaging.
Consumables & personal care (teas, herbs, soaps, scrubs, candles, honey, etc.)
Not returnable if opened/used.
If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and keep all packaging for inspection.
Custom/limited items, gift cards, final-sale items
Non-returnable except for defects or shipping damage reported within 7 days.
Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and outer packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For verified defects/damage, we typically cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
Exchanges (size/color)
For apparel, we can exchange for a different size/color if stock is available. Send an email to request an exchange; once we receive and inspect the original item, we’ll ship the replacement. If the requested variant is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund per the policy below.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment for approved returns after the item is received and inspected.
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after we receive your package; your bank/card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, wrong item).
Return shipping
For change-of-mind/fit returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For approved defective/incorrect items, we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
Packaging your return
Use the original packaging when possible.
Include all accessories, tags, and any free gifts that came with the item.
Items must be clean and free of odors, hair, stains, or wear.
Important notes
Please verify your shipping address at checkout; orders returned to us due to address issues may incur reship fees.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet the conditions above or show signs of wear/use.
For gifts, we can issue a store credit to the recipient upon verification.
