1. What is Bloom 2 Table?
Bloom 2 Table is an urban farm and wellness brand based in Hayward, CA. We grow herbs, keep bees and chickens, and handcraft small-batch products like teas, candles, scrubs, lotions, and more. Everything is made with love, sustainability, and community in mind.
2. Where do your ingredients come from?
Most herbs and botanicals are grown right on our farm in Hayward. We also partner with ethical farmers and suppliers for ingredients we can’t grow locally. Our honey and beeswax come directly from our hives, and our eggs from our backyard chickens.
3. Are your products natural and safe?
Yes! All Bloom 2 Table products are made with natural ingredients. We avoid synthetic fragrances, dyes, and harmful chemicals. Many products are organic and all are crafted in small batches to ensure quality.
4. Do you take custom orders?
Absolutely. We create custom gift sets, wedding or event favors, and specialty wellness blends. Use our Contact page to share your request and we’ll work with you to design something unique.
5. How do I use your herbal teas?
Our teas are crafted for both flavor and wellness benefits. Steep 1–2 tsp in hot water for 10–15 minutes (covered) and enjoy. Each tin comes with detailed brewing instructions.
6. Are your candles safe to burn?
Yes. Our Bloom Illuminations candles are made with soy wax, beeswax, or natural botanical bases, plus cotton wicks and pure essential oils. No paraffin, no toxins — just clean, long-lasting burns.
7. Do you ship orders?
Yes! We ship across the U.S. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
8. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Customers in the Bay Area can request local pickup during checkout. We’ll coordinate a time for you to pick up your order directly from our farm.
9. What is your refund and return policy?
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return unused products in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. 10. Do you sell wholesale?
Yes, we welcome wholesale partnerships with boutiques, wellness shops, yoga studios, and cafés. Please reach out through our Contact page for wholesale inquiries.
11. How do I care for my products?
Candles: Trim wick before each burn.
Teas: Store in a cool, dry place.
Lotions & Balms: Keep out of direct sunlight.
Scrubs: Use within 6–12 months for best results.
